The Grey Wolf, A Wolf Dog Rescue & Wolfdog Sanctuary has offered life time rescue to unwanted and homeless wolfdogs since 1999. We are dedicated to *Ethical Rescue*. The physical and emotional health of these special needs animals is our top priority. All of our rescued wolfdogs are spayed/neutered and not used for breeding.
 
We firmly believe that wolves belong in the wild, not in your back yard. We do not support captive breeding. Please, think long and hard before you answer that *wolfdogs for sale* add.

after reading our rescue requirements page.  We are not taking new animals at this time but will do our best to help find a qualified rescue within our national network that can help you. Urgent Shelter or Humane Society cases will be handled first.

As of July 1st, 2010 The Wisconsin Department of Natual Resources will regulate wolfdog ownership in Wisconsin. Please go to the DNR web site and follow the links to Captive Wildllife to find the appropriate application forms and requirements.
